PROVIDER uses Stripe and PayPal for checkout secure servers. Stripe and PayPal are Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Certified. PCI or PCI-DSS Level 1 is the highest (most secure) level of certification available from the Payment Card Industry. PCI Compliance is a stringent set of secure standards and measures that are set forth by credit card providers such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
SITE employs 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption (highest so far) to make sure that sensitive information is secure as it's transmitted to and from your ticket buyer and the credit card processors. USER can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the beginning of the address of the web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. PROVIDER is committed to not re-identifying sensitive information collected by SITE.
PROVIDER takes precautions to protect USER information. When USER submits sensitive information via SITE, USER information is protected both online and offline.
Whenever sensitive information (such as credit card data) is collected, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way through our merchant services. We do not store full account numbers, but only the last four digits of certain accounts for reference. This means that even if a hacker could gain unauthorized access to our system, there wouldn't be any valuable information to steal.
While encryption is used to protect sensitive information transmitted online, PROVIDER also protects USER information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers on which personally identifiable information is stored are kept in a secure environment. For more information about the website's security, USER can do so by clicking on the green closed lock icon at the beginning of the address of the web page, and view site connection.
